I have a user running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP SP2 with an Exchange 2003
Version 6.5 Build 7368.2: Service Pack 2 mailbox that will receive the error
"The Data File "Account Name" Was Not Closed Properly".
This error is intermittent she will receive it every day for a week or so
and then it will go away for several days at a time. Some days she will
receive it when she reboots during the day, this is not often however. I
have looked at her system and can not find any processes that would lock the
Exchange account open during shutdown, and I have verified that she is
properly closing Outlook before shutting down. Any idea's on how to find and
eliminate this error would be greatly appreciated.
