OUTLOOK 2003 Delegate issue

I have a user that is a delegate of several inbox's/calendar - sample names
=(Robert Jones)(Rebecca Smith) - when accepting or rejecting meeting notices
- neither the original user nor the delegate is receiving the meeting
notifications
