Outlook 2003 - Deleted Messages

RE: MS Outlook 2003 - Deleted Messages

When a message is deleted (by pressing the black 'X') the message does not
appear in the Deleted Items folder for five minutes. Therefore I cannot
undelete or review it for at least the five minutes.

If I can, how can I undelete or review it soon after deleting the message?
