Outlook 2003 deletes message text

When I compose, reply, or forward any message, in any format, Outlook 2003 sends the message just fine, but the message shows no text, even on forwards or replies from the original message. Basically will only send out blank messages. Any help is greatly appreciated. The guys @ Microsoft support are stumped.

Hi Jeremy,
if you forward or reply a message, please Press "reply all" not only reply
or forward!
It is a bug in OL2003
