In a dual monitor configuration, where the start bar isn't on the primary
monitor, the desktop notifications show up on the bottom of the primary
monitor instead of where the start bar is.
Ideally I would make the monitor where my start bar is my primary monitor,
but windows will not allow me to set it as such ( I use a monitor connected
to the docking station on a laptop, as well as the LCD on the laptop itself,
windows insists that the laptop LCD be the primary monitor)
