Hello,
Advice please. I am helping a friend who is getting an error message in
Outlook 2003 when she composes an e-mail and then presses “sendâ€. We are in
the UK and she has XP Home Edition with Service Pack 2.
The error message says that her computer cannot connect to the ISP server.
As she uses a dial-up connection the computer should not be trying to make a
connection when she presses “sendâ€. It should only try and make a connection
when she presses “send/receiveâ€.
If she cancels this error message and looks in her outbox the message is
there. When she then presses “send/receive†the message is sent.
How do we get rid of this error message?
Thanks for all suggestions.
