Outlook 2003 Diary problem with Word/Excel Xp or 2000

I have Office Xp and Outlook 2003 ( I logon on a Windows 2003 SBS with
Exchange ).
I I use a Word or Excel file , Outlook 2003 diary don't upgrade.
But , if I remove outlook 2003 and install Outlook Xp is all ok.

The problem is that i' have 20 clients with Office Xp/2000 and Outlook 2003
installed automatically with new Windows 2003 Sbs ...

Please help me , thank you very much.
