Outlook 2003 disconnected from exchange 2003

Dear All
I've got 50 pc connected to exchange server 2003. Outlook 2003 in some of
this pcs disconnect itself as a random from the server. Most of time qhen
when you clear junk email folder, but not all the time. Unc path from the
server and also ping answer as ok.
I tired to change from off line to on line but it still stay disconnected.
If wou restart pc without do nothing it restart to work.
I tried to recreate profile, OST folder.
Can you Help Me ?

Are you using cache mode, try disabling it. Also what type of connection is being used? Even though you can ping it there may intermitted network connectivity issues. I see this alot if someone is using an air card or wireless

You may also want to increase the server timeout in Outlook

Thanks for your answare.

PC are connected to network cable into 100mbps lan
I nead to have cache mode to be able to use the junk email folder.
Ping of the server is the first control that i do to be sure to have
connection to the server.

Outlook time out is the standard value for each pc
