Having a problem with one user using outlook 2003. He is using a laptop and
his connection to the exchange server seems to have disconnected and will not
reconnect. I have logged onto his laptop as another user and outlook has no
problems. Tried deleting the OST file but outlook said it could not access
the folder to create a new file (completed however about 256k of data before
giving this message). Tried to run the SCANOST.exe but it could not complete
the scan, failed with an error. Ran Office repair and this also did not fix
the problem. The network is not having a problem as pings are returned
correctly and promptly.
Any ideas?
