Hi
We recently upgraded from Microsoft Outlook XP to Outlook 2003. Many users
store their pst files on a network share rather than on their local drives.
These pst files will have been created with Outlook XP or previous versions.
Several users are finding that Outlook 2003 occasionally loses connection
with their networked pst files, and receive an error message of the form:
"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The <path> could not be accessed."
The workaround is to close and restart Outlook, which is inconvenient.
Can anyone explain the cause and suggest a fix please?
Best regards
David
