Outlook 2003 display font with MS Word as an editor

Hi,

One of the users in our company has the following issue. Just wondering if
someone has seen this and may be has the solution.

Just to give a little back ground on the outlook 2003 settings.

Under Tools -> Options -> Mail Format
compose in this message fromat: html
The following two are ticked.
Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages
Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to read Rich Text e-mail messages

Under Fonts its 10pt Aerial for all.


Now when the user receives an email which was created using Rich Text Format
the display font is very small.
Any email originated at HTML or Plain text appears fine.

When the user tries to send a new email editing font is very small.

If we untick Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages
everything work fine.

This just started happening a couple of days ago and this is the only user
having this issue.

We have also tried to recreate the outlook profile and use detect and repair
but no use.

Any help or pointers in right direction would be appreciated.
