Outlook 2003 display of email types

I have a user who's outlook 2003 displays both his contact's email address
AND fax number when he clicks "To" when composing a new email. We would like
the fax number to go away... any ideas?

I know it's free to edit the fax numbers. I just found it hard to believe
that there was no simple check box somewhere. Seems kind of strange that
they would make it so hard. Thanks for your help.

Did you read the information on the page? Editing your fax numbers is
free - if you want the automated solution, you need to pay for the labor
that someone put into programming these solutions.
