Outlook 2003 displaying html in plain text

I am using Microsoft Office 2003 on Windows Vista. Mails which ar
coming in HTML format and having my ID in BCC are getting converted t
plain text. Even the images in the mail are getting coded as some text
Mail can be seen with HTML tags. Can anybody help me in solving this

1. Do you have Outlook set to read all in plain text?
2. Are these mails being marked as Junk?
3. Do you have any rules regarding you in the BCC field?
