Outlook 2003 do not respond

I have just upgraded from Works 7 to Office Profossional
Edition 2003. When I first started Outlook 2003, it
reported mscoree.dll missing. Then I installed Net
Framework 1.1. No, Outlook 2003 starts the first time
after I turn on the computer, but when I try to restart
it, it will not respond. Even when I try to shut down the
computer, it get the message Outlook.exe will not reply.
Any advise what could be the problem would be much
appreciated.

When I try to shut down the computer, I get the following
error: "DDE Server Window - this program does not reply."
