Outlook 2003 does not display complete bounce message and attachment

I'm having trouble reading bounce messages sent from other systems which
have more detail and the original message attached. It's still there,
outlook simply refuses to show it, and re-writes the text in the message
(most likely trying to save me from myself)

I forwarded the message as an attachment to my personal email, then
opened that attachment and I've put up a picture so you can easily see
what's going on.

Obviously I can work around it, but it would be a lot easier if I could
just view these in outlook
