I use Outlook 2003, in cached exchange mode. I am also the owner of a couple
of the public folders on our exchange server 2003. However, I can't edit or
delete any thing in those public folders that I own using outlook 2003, which
I am able to if I use Outlook 2002. When looking at the permission settings
of the public folders in Outlook 2003, I only have the lowest previlige of
"custom" which is what everyone else has, instead of "owner".
