Outlook 2003 don't print HTML-messages without local administrator rights

I have seen this as well. I dug around in the registry but could not see a
quick fix... any suggestions?

It's bug in HTML renderer, because same situation in IE and other programs
on IE-engine.

Check your permissions in C:\Windows\Temp - That is where the HTML renderer
stages the page/email. Failing that, you can ensure that the user profile
is not corrupt by renaming the existing profile to user.setting.old.

That should fix you right up.
