Thank you so much Brian Tillman but my Question was'nt actually about WHERE
to go and buy the software but Instead am asking:

"How can i download or buy Outlook 2003"??

I have already bought me Microsoft Office 2000 with a License Certificate
but want to upgrade my Outlook 2000.

IF you can buy 2003 with SA (Software Assurance) because 2006 will be comming
out the end of this year.
