Outlook 2003, Drafts can you set it for Reading Pane like in Inbox

Outlook 2003, Drafts can you set it for Reading Pane like in Inbox? Can it
be used in all the Folders? I mean is it ajustable and viewable as the
Reading Pane in all the Folders?
