We are running Exchange 2003 SP1 server's with Windows XP desktops and
Outlook 2003 SP1 as the mail client.
Some of our clients are complaining that after they reply to or
forward an email message, the open envelope icon does not change to
indicate this action, either with the purple or blue arrow in there
inbox.
When you open the sent message, in sent items or inbox, it does not
display the You Forwarded or You Replied to header either.
I have done lots of searches for this problem, and have found some
answers where they say that HTTPMail causes this, however this is for
Exchange, and not internet client mail.
I have seen a lot of this type of question not answered at all, and
one answered with: "The issue of the icons not updating is associated
with network issues." Gee, that helps! NOT.
Anybody willing to take a guess as to how to fix this?
Thanks.
