Outlook 2003 E-mail Operation Failed error 0x800401F

I have set up a simple email account with yahoo. No exchange server
involved. Test message is sent ok. When I try to send a normal message,
information box shows "Operation Failed. An object could not be found."
Progress box shows error 0x800401F. No received messages either. What am I
doing wrong?
