Outlook 2003 email issues

Outlook 2003 email not sending out with wireless card. I recently started
using a wireless card from alltel, and it will not allow e-mails to go out.
It sometimes will not receive e-mails either. Please help on this issue I
prefer not to switch e-mail programs at this point. My operating system is
Windows XP Professional.
