Outlook 2003: email sent out but still in outbox

Hi, hope to get some feedback related to development.

Our software sent email out with attchment, email is successfully sent out,
but display in outbox (does not move to sent items)
If you do a manual email, with or without attchment from Ms outlook, the
emails are sent out and inside the sent items folder.

Any idea about code line modification needed to ensure the emails sent are
moved from outbox to sent items

What type of email account are you using? if one that stores on the server,
is the server available?

POP3 Accounts, and locally store on the PC.
