Outlook 2003 - emails moving back to inbox

Hi,

I've seen this a couple of times in the last year. A user moves some emails
to an inbox subfolder then the next day the email is back in the inbox. As
far as I can tell they are closing outlook down correctly and the connection
to the exchange server is not dropping at any time during the day.

Any ideas on what could cause this?
