Outlook 2003 End User Licence

Hi Everyone:
I have just start using Vista Home Premium, and installed Outlook 2003 on it.
Everytime I open up Outlook 2003 I get the "End User
Licence" showing, and once I agree to this everything is ok. But this happens
every time I use Oulook 2003, it is anoying.
I have tried right click on Outlook to tick run as administrator, but greyed
out not allowing me to do that.

Is There Anyway This Can Be Stopped ?

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you
start an Office program
