Outlook 2003 equivalent of corporate/workgroup mode for simple MAPI

Hi all, hoping someone can help me,

I have a software product which uses Simple MAPI to control the sending
of emails, for outlook 2002 and before we would have to make sure that
outlook was configured to work in Corporate/Workgroup mode to enable its
MAPI server capabilities.

The problem I have and many of the softwares users is that with outlook
2003, we always get an error trying to initialise the mailsystem.
Outlook 2003 doesnt seem to have the MAPI server ability. From our
product it appears that no mailbox is available on the system so we cant
even get to stage to attempt a mailbox logon.

Does anybody have any experience with this ?

Any thoughts/ideas appreciated.
