Outlook 2003 Error 0x8004010f for all users with Exchange 2003

Hi,

In Outlook when users do a "send & receive" they have a error with this
error 0x8004010f.

We are using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003

Hi, I already tried the steps from the article, but still having the problem,
is there any other way to fix the issue?
