Outlook 2003 Error in registry message

I am currently running Outlook 2003. After uninstalling
Norton Antivirus 2004 with their AntiSpam option I am
receieving the following message upon launching the
program;

"Error in regisrty for extension "Excahnge Extensions"
the syntax or format of the registry entry is
incorrect.Check the registry settings and compare the
registry for this extension to other extensions in the
registry"

I have already posted to the Outlook newsgroup with no
success, so any help would be appreciated.
