Outlook 2003 error occurred processing your Junk E-mail list

I receive the message "An error occurred processing your Junk E-mail list.
You are over the size limit allowed at the server. Contact your server
administrator."

There is no limit and there are only 5 addresses in the blocked sender list.
Any ideas?
