Outlook 2003 error

I migrated an administrator user profile over to a domain. Now when thatuser
is in the domain he has problem with his Outlook 2003.

When he clicks 'Send/Recieve' botton' in Outlook he gets and error saying
'Operation Failed', and can recieve nor send mail.

What do you suppose the problem is? Please advise.
