Perhaps someone can help...
I've got a small, but annoying issue with Outlook 2003. I use Word as my
e-mail editor.
Following a restart, if I go to reply to an e-mail I am greeted with an
hourglass and the following message:
"Preparing To Install" Never says what... Process completes in about 10-15
seconds...
If I open Word as a standalone application the following message comes up:
""An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning properly.
Would you like to repair this feature now?"
I click OK. Then is says, "Preparing To Install."
What "feature" would that be?
Following those errors i can open and close Word all day long without that
message reappaearing. I can also successfully reply to e-mail without seeing
this error. But if I reboot or restart, the error messages come up again.
I've done detect and repair, but no joy.....
Secondly, is there a way to hide, or deny access to mail sunfolders in my
Inbox or password protect them so that others do npt have unwanted access?
Thanks.
