Ok, We have an Exchange 2003 Server with NAI Groupshield and SpamKiller.
This user has Outlook 2003. The problem is mail coming from our own web
server to this user is getting sent into the Junk E-Mail folder in Outlook.
It is not being flagged as SPAM from Groupshield/Spamkiller you can see the
spam score is below the range and the subject is not getting the ****Spam
added to it like all other spam does. So we check the rules don't see any
that would route this mail to that folder so we try and create a rule to
move it back into the Inbox and it does not work either. So the user has to
constantly check for this mail in the Junk E-Mail folder. Can anyone give me
some direction to go in here or another trick to try?
Thanks in advance
