We recently went to Exchange 2003 at my company, and being in the IT Group
we are working with it first. We came off our old mail server with my
account (Kerio), joined me to Exchange and then imported all my old mail
which was in and .PST file.
I have setup rules to send my mail to assorted folders as warranted, and
when I was a POP3 user the mail would come in, rules run and the folders and
sub folders expand to show me mail is in them.
Now when messages come in, especially to sub-folders, the only way I know
they are there is to look at and then go into Unread mail.
Is this an easy fix?
Should I remove my local cache copy and and other settings and re-sync with
Exchange?
Thanks in advance...Dave
