Outlook 2003, Exchange Server 5.5 & offline files

Hello

We are upgrading our Outlook clients to Outlook 2003. We still have Exchange
5.5 server, however, for users who have offline files configured, they have
to click on their mail folder eg INBOX and press Shift + F9 for their Inbox
to be synchronized even though it's set to synchronize when Outlook is
closed...
Any help appreciated...
