Outlook 2003 - Exchange - Shared Contacts

We have a small work group that needs to share contacts, via the main
contacts folder. We use Outlook 2003 and the Small Biz Server 2003 with
exchange. I would like this folder to be the main contacts folder so that
BES (blakcberry) sync continues to work. I know how to create public folder
and share the contacts folder but this does not sync each users contacts. We
will utilize the private option to hide personal contacts for each user.

Is there a way to have the main contacts folder shared and used as the
single contact database for a number of users in exchange?
