I just installed Outlook 2003 and when I click on a url
name to email someone it defaults to Express, I went and
verified under IE, internet options, programs to reflect
Outlook 2003 as my default and it shows that but it wants
to execute express every time. I also removed Express
from under add remove programs, Outlook 2003 is a much
better app, so not sure why it keeps executing. Can
someone help? Thank you in advance.
