I cannot restart Outlook 2003 after exiting it without
completely restarting the computer. Running XP, Office
for Teachers and Students, did a complete installation of
Office rather than Typical. When it runs, Outlook icon is
in bar to right over by the time (can't remember what
that part of the bar is called). It also has an icon in
the quick launch bar near the start bar. Neither of these
icons do anything except display the timer icon for a few
seconds and then nothing happens. The computer will run
but the Outlook did not start. Every attempt to click
Outlook (even from Program list) causes a copy of Outlook
to be in the task list, but none run until you manually
end task for each one. Also, on computer shut down, the
program CiceroUIWindframe does not respond. This stops a
shutdown and did not happen until Office 2003 was
installed.
