Outlook 2003 Fails to Receive Messages

Outlook 2003 stopped receiving messages a few days ago. The mail account has
not changed, and I can still send messages. It's a POP3 account, and I hit
the same account from my laptop with Outlook 2003, and the laptop instance of
Outlook does not misbehave at all.

I've installed Office SP3 and all high priority XP updates, and that didn't
help. I've also verified that the account settings are the same on both
machines. They're on the same LAN.

The exact error is:

Task 'MyMailAccount - Receiving' reported error (0x80040119) : 'Unknown
Error 0x80040119'

Any suggestions?

That was it! I had searched the Microsoft support site for the error message,
but I failed to include the "0x" at the beginning so that article was not
listed in the search results. I won't make that mistake again!
