I have seen alot of posts on this, none of which have resolved my
problem. When I start Outlook I have the standard folders in the
Favourite folders area - Inbox, Unread mail, For follow up and Sent
Items, but not the folders I added to this area in the previous
session.
I have:
1. ensured Outlook shuts down cleanly (outlook.exe process no longer
running)
2. ensured no other apps are keeping Outlook open (ActiveSync etc)
3. launched Outlook with the resetnavpane switch
4. all current updates installed
Any ideas how to resolve this?
