Outlook 2003 - Favourite Mail folders keep dissappearing

We use exchange 5.5, outlook 2003 v recently and win2k.

Whenever I use my outlook account to login under a different exchange
account - it removes all my favourite folders from Mail.
When i just logged in under a different profile under windows, it also
removed my favourite folders under Mail. They seem to be very unstable and is
this a known problem which has been patched, or is there somewhere I can save
the favrourites' settings? I hate having to go back in ... (the favourites
are from Public Folders list - very very long list and without shortcuts
being on the same view as Folder List i have no way of effecting my work the
same as before ..!)
