outlook 2003 features greyed out

Hi There,
Microsoft Ofifce and Outlook 2003 were part of the software
package already installed on my computer. The problem is, i have already
keyed in my product key number and some of the features whithin Outlook 2003
are greyed out, so of course i cannot use them. How do i fix these issues?

What features.

As an example if your Send \Receive is grayed out then you have to set up your info from your ISP in the mail setup.

Can you post as to what is grayed out in Outlook
