Outlook 2003 fields in all subdirectories

When tweaking the view in the Inbox, I'm able to go into the Field Chooser
and add Subject, Sent, Size, etc. How can I replicate the view I've created
down to all subdirectories of the Inbox or to the Sent Items, etc?

Any advice is much appreciated.

Instead of modifying the current folder only modify the view template (or
define your own); View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Define Views...
