When I recieve an email with a MS Word file attached and try to open it OR
save then open it, it opens a file conversion dialog box defaulting to
Turkish. I've looked and the "Confirm conversion at open" box is not
checked. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Office.
I've emailed both Word and Excel files to work, saved them and sent them
right back without any changes or resaving them; and both file types come
back scrambled.
I've sent files from home to home and they open OK. The files that I sent
to work then back home open OK if I open them thru my ISP's remote site.
I'm not sure why but I think that it's the settings on my computer that's
goofy.
