Outlook 2003 folder backup add-in

I'm using XP with SP2. Because of a problem, I uninstalled and reinstalled
Outlook 2003. I had originally installed the folder backup add-in downloaded
from the Microsoft site. Now, when I try to reinstall the add-in, I'm told
that I have to first remove the existing installation, but there is no
listing for it in the Add/Remove Programs list and it does not show in the
Outlook file menu. What do I have to do to reinstall the add-in, short of
starting fresh with a clean hard drive (not a good option.)
