Outlook 2003 folders are displaying in Spanish

I am on a network and my Outlook folders are displaying in Spanish no matter
what computer I use. Only the folders are in Spanish, my e-mail is in
English.

So you started with a Spanish version?
To make it match the language of your version;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetfoldernames
