Outlook 2003 Font size in message changes size

When typing an email the start of the sentance is in Tahoma 12 then half way
through for no reason it changes to Tahoma 8. I checked the settings and
they look fine. This happens intermitantly.

Outlook 2003 is running on Windows 2000 SP4 Citrix Metaframe XP Server via
ICA desktop connection.
