Outlook 2003: "For Follow Up"

On my own calendar/email I have

Inbox
Unread Mail
For Follow Up
Sent Items

I need to have these on my computer for my bosses Outlook as well - in
particular, for "For Follow Up. I am his delegate.

I know this can be done as it was done in another company where I worked but
I can't remember how it is done.

Can anyone help?

It's a Search Folder and it's a built-in one so you just have to enable it.
While in Mail, look for Search Folders, right-click it and choose New Search
Folder, then choose Mail flagged for follow up.

But this is a Search Folder for my boss's email, not mine. I need to be able
to see it on my computer.

I have access to his inbox and some other folders but I need these search
folders, too. I read your response but can't find a way to add a search
folder to his email, only mine.

I tried this but he is already part of my profile - and I still can't see his
For Follow Up folder. Any other ideas?

Do you only have access to certain folders in his mailbox or were you given
full permissions at the root of his mailbox?

However . . . . I cannot see ALL his mailbox folders, only some. Is that what
needs to be changed?

He would have to give you specific permissions to the folders he wants you to
see as well as you having the permissions at the root of the mailbox. Then
when you add his mailbox to your folder list you will see all of your
"allowed" folders.

I have permissions to everything he says but there is nowhere where my boss
can give me permission to these search folders, it seems. I have full
permissions to the regular folders but we can't see where to give me
permission to the search folders because they are only pointers and not real
folders.

Perhaps it will help if I say that when I go to File, New, Search Folder only
my own mailbox is listed under "customize search folder".

Did you review the Google Groups article I referred you to in my second reply
to make sure you've done everything Ken Slovak suggested, in the order in
which he put it? Otherwise, I am stumped...
