I don't think my previous post went through. If so, I apologize for the
duplicate entry.
I am an experienced Outlook 2003 user. When I installed on a new machine, I
have a problem with formatting. When I create an email, it appears that I am
adding bullets, bold, font color but when the email is sent, none of those
are there. When I receive an email with that type of formatting, there are
no bullets/numbers, bold, or text color. Others who receive me emails report
the formatting is missing as well.
My settings are as follows: compose in this message format: html, use Word
2003 to edit email messages/read Rich Text email messages, When sending
Outlook Rich Text messages to Internet recipients, convert to HTML.
Please help me make my messages look professional and easier to read as they
were on the previous machine.
Thanks,
