OUTLOOK 2003 - FORMS DESIGN

I have created my form saved and published. But when I send it nothing show
up. What is the problem? I can't find an answer anywhere.

Published where? To work completely, a message form needs to be published to the Organizational Library on the Exchange server.

Kelly,

One thing to check is make sure you are not using a seperate read page
because that will cause nothing to show unless you set up the read page with
the appropriate bound items
