Hello,
I am trying to create a form (message format) within Outlook that I
would like to send to people. The form itself would ask them
questions, give them fields to supply their answers, the user will
reply to the message / form that was sent to them, the users will give
their answers in the appropriate fields, and send the form back to me
with the data that they have inputted in the form format.
I have created the form already within Outlook and published it to my
Personal Form Library. As soon I as send the message to a recipient
the entire form is blank. The fields that I am including within the
form as text boxes, check boxes, and a couple of drop down menus.
I could create an email signature for this but would rather do it
within an email form because there is much more that can be done with
and within an email form. (If I were to get this working).
Can anyone offer any advice?
